Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary and sensitive information disclosed during the engagement.

7. Limitation of Liability
Agbara Business Solutions, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.

8. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services at any time for violations of these Terms or for any reason deemed necessary.

9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of California.
